- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆My experience with this is usually great, but that's only when our usual person, who deliver our mail. When there's is a person filling in his spot, that person always lie and say they made an attempt to deliver but no one wasn't home. However, someone is always at my house. This is not the first time this has happened. It happened multiple times and one time was when UPS drove passed my house and a few hours later they claimed they deliver but no one was home. Today, 11 May 2016, a nice day outside, which mean I'm outside with the kids until 6:30, I received a notification that an attempt was made at 4 and no one was at home so my package has been returned back to UPS and another attempt will be made tomorrow. Remind you, I've been sitting on the porch since 3 and I did NOT see a ups truck drive up my street. UPS on center street in Harvey Illinois need to get it together because the next step I will be taking, tomorrow, is going up there and filing a claim!!!!By Takoya Jenkins, January 02, 2017
